Pop superstar Rihanna has found a buyer for her Los Angeles penthouse, reportedly for its asking price of $25 million. The lavish property, once owned by actor Matthew Perry, took just two months to sell according to Mansion Global [Mansion Global].
Rihanna purchased the penthouse last spring from Afterpay co-founder Nick Molnar, who had bought it from Perry in 2021. Reports suggest Rihanna never moved into the residence and opted for an off-market sale, meaning the property details weren’t widely available.
The penthouse boasts “clearly staged interiors” according to the Robb Report, indicating Rihanna likely didn’t make any significant changes to Perry’s renovations, which were completed by architect Scott Joyce and interior designer LM Pagano [Daily Mail].
It was reported that Molnar purchased the property for $21.6 million, making Rihanna’s sale a potential net gain of over $3 million.
