Doral’s Biggest Abode Offers Resort-Style Living

Imagine a home that feels like a luxurious vacation getaway. That’s the reality for Morgan Hardman and Alfred Nickson, residents of the largest house in Doral, Florida. Clocking in at a massive 11,656 square feet, the waterfront property boasts features that would make any resort envious.

“It’s like living in a resort,” Nickson says, according to a recent article in Mansion Global. The sprawling estate features 25 palm trees, a separate guest wing perfect for hosting extended family, and a prime location overlooking the Trump National Doral Golf Club.

Beyond the impressive size, the home offers a plethora of amenities. Built in 1982 and extensively renovated in 2014, it features nine bedrooms, ten and a half bathrooms, an elevator, and a marble staircase that sets the tone for opulent living. For entertainment, there’s a dedicated cinema, while a sauna and multiple home offices cater to both relaxation and productivity.

The impressive kitchen boasts a double island, perfect for preparing meals for a crowd, and the property itself sprawls over 1.5 acres with a stunning 70 meters of waterfront. Realtor Chad Bishop, who is overseeing the sale of the residence, highlights the home’s ability to accommodate large gatherings without feeling crowded. “The way it’s set up, you can have a hundred people in the house and not talk to the same person twice,” Bishop says.

This palatial Doral estate is a prime example of luxury living in South Florida. With its resort-style amenities and expansive space, it’s no wonder the homeowners feel like they’re on permanent vacation.
