The Sentinel Commercial Real Estate Investment Trust (Sentinel REIT) has acquired One Airport Square (OAS), a prominent Grade A office building in Accra's Airport City. This marks the first acquisition for Sentinel REIT, which is also the first REIT licensed under Ghana's current SEC guidelines.

OAS is a nine-story mixed-use building featuring 2,000 square meters of commercial space and 15,000 square meters of office space. It boasts modern amenities and an 80% occupancy rate with blue-chip tenants.


This acquisition aligns with Sentinel REIT's strategy of investing in high-quality, income-producing assets with growth potential. The prime location, diverse tenant base, and upside potential of OAS were highlighted as key factors in the decision.

Kisseih Antonio, CEO of Sentinel Asset Management Limited, expressed his excitement about this acquisition, emphasizing its quality and strategic significance. He believes it reflects the team's dedication and commitment to delivering value to investors.
